sidenote: just made pasta sauce from scratch with random materials on hand (i usually do the lazy cop-out way and buy premade sauce), and it actually turned out pretty decent! it’s definitely missing a little something though … oregano? onions? :( oh well, i have the next 3 months to figure it out!
